Immigration is a recent phenomenon for Romania which remains net emigration country. The country slowly transforming from transit to destination becoming more attractive labour immigrants and study purposes. Considering the need evidence based policies, this paper provides an overview on dynamic of immigration in profile characteristics immigrant workers terms numbers, economic sectors occupations how what are mechanisms that ensure immigrants’ inclusion workplace Romania.
